Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the vehicle has been dispatched, unless otherwise stated in writing

Vehicle Condition & Inspection

Before shipment, vehicles are inspected and documented. Customers are encouraged to:

  • Review the vehicle condition report before shipping

  • Report any visible damage to the carrier immediately upon receipt

Shiloh’s Car Sales is not responsible for damages caused during transit by third-party carriers; however, we will assist customers in filing claims with the transport provider if needed.


Customer Responsibilities

  • Being available to receive the vehicle or appointing an authorized representative

  • Completing any required paperwork prior to shipment
