Shipping Process
Once a vehicle purchase is completed and full payment (or required deposit) is received:

The vehicle will be prepared for transport and scheduled for shipment
Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed, and may be affected by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or carrier scheduling.
Shipping Fees

All shipping costs are clearly disclosed upfront before shipment is scheduled
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the vehicle has been dispatched, unless otherwise stated in writing

Vehicle Condition & Inspection

Shiloh’s Car Sales is not responsible for damages caused during transit by third-party carriers; however, we will assist customers in filing claims with the transport provider if needed.

Being available to receive the vehicle or appointing an authorized representative
Completing any required paperwork prior to shipment
